Making a PurchaseTo make a purchase, simply browse our site, view the details of any items you would like to buy, then click on 'Add to Basket' to add the item to your shopping basket. The value of your basket are always displayed next to the 'Your Basket' button near the top of the page when it is not empty. You may view your shopping basket details at any time by clicking the 'Your Basket' button near the top of the page. Viewing your basket also enables you to adjust quantities or remove an item. When you have everything you wish to purchase in your basket, click the 'Checkout' button at the top of the page. Enter your details on the forms as they appear. You may pay for your purchases online using your credit or debit card via the PayPal secure online service, or by sending us a cheque or postal order (details for this method are sent with your order confirmation email). Final confirmation that you wish to place your order occurs when you see a message stating your order was successful. Up to that point, exiting the website or checkout procedure will stop the order process. Once you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details, and instructions should you wish to cancel it. International OrdersIf you are ordering from outside of the United Kingdom and wish to order our balms, please contact us. Our book, "7 Secrets of Healthy Living", can be ordered as normal from this website. Delivery ChargesUK delivery charges: £1.50 for the first item, plus £0.80 per extra item. Please contact us for bulk pricing. Payment MethodsPayment can be made either online using your credit or debit card via our secure checkout (provided by PayPal), or via the mail by cheque. PayPal do not require you to hold a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply select the option to pay by credit card without an account. Please note we are not liable for any charges levied by your bank/card issuer for any reason. Deliveries to the United KingdomOrders are sent via First Class post. Your order will normally be despatched within 4 working days. Once despatched, your order should arrive the next day (although some may arrive the day after). It should take no more than five working days for your order to arrive. If you pay by cheque please allow a further 4 working days, as it must show as cleared in our bank account before despatch. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by external couriers. We don't generally allow orders to be sent to a different address from the billing address to reduce the risk of Credit Card fraud. International DeliveriesOrders are sent via First Class post. If you pay by cheque we will let you know when your cheque has cleared in our bank account, as we will not ship your order before this has happened. Important Information Regarding International OrdersOverseas parcels will be inspected by Customs authorities in your country. You are considered the importer of any goods we send to you, and therefore you may be liable for import duties and taxes over which we have no control, and for which we are not liable. Customs requirements vary from country to country, therefore if you require further information please contact your local customs office. Parcels posted to overseas addresses are required to include a customs form on the outside of the package. Details displayed on this form include a brief description of the contents and their value. In addition, a copy of your invoice will also be attached. Please be aware that parcels from outside your country may be opened and inspected by your local customs authority. Product Description and PricingWe always make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and pricing at all times. However, mistakes can happen (hopefully rarely!), and Healthwise Clinic reserve the right to refuse the sale of mis-described or mis-priced products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Returns and ComplaintsWe hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, we promise you that if you are not 100% happy with any item you have purchased from us, simply notify us in writing (via email is fine) within 7 working days of receipt, and return the item in its original packaging and condition within 30 days, for a replacement or refund (minus postage costs, replacement is subject to availability). We will not refund postage costs unless the goods were damaged in transit or we have made an error. To make a claim in respect of goods damaged in transit or not received, you must contact us regarding your claim via post or email not later than 14 days for UK deliveries from the date we confirm goods have been despatched to you. Once this period has passed, all liability for goods passes to you, the customer, and we will not accept any liability for such claims. If we have sent goods in error, they remain our property. Please notify us for return instructions. If you are unhappy with our products or any part of our service, we would like to know! We will respond to complaints about any product or service we supply within 5 working days.
